In life we often find ourselves assaulted by self-doubt. That’s when you’ve got to remember- you are enough, a thousand times enough. You are enough, means that you don’t have to strive to become more worthy, more valid, more acceptable or more loved. Just believe in yourself and all that you are. The attitude that we hold about ourselves is what allows us to move forward in life and achieve our goals.
