DPS, RK Puram carried out a Tree Plantation Drive outside the school premises on Saturday, 8 September 2018, to support Delhi Government’s initiative of mass plantation to reduce air pollution. The Principal, Ms Vanita Sehgal and teachers actively participated by planting saplings of native plant species of Delhi like Jamun, Amaltaas ,Neem, Mulberry, Gulmohar etc. The message was also sent to the parents to participate in the plantation drives in their neighbourhood areas. The Plantation drive in the school was organized by the Environment Club.
