The Dorling Kinderly(DK) publishing house, along with Quizcraft global and Eureka books conducted a quiz for students of classes 7,8 and 9 in the AVH on 21 August 2017. There were 63 teams of 2 students each that participated in the written preliminary round of 20 questions. The written round was followed by an `On Stage Round` where the top 6 teams participated. The Quiz Master was Mr. Aditya Mubaayi. The Quiz had 4 rounds of jumbled words, audio, video and the buzzer round.
Books published by DK were given as audience prizes for answering questions. The winners of the quiz were Abhimanyu Dayal and Aparajit Mahajan of 9J and the runners up were Akshit Kumar and Vinayak Kapila of 9D. The winners were awarded certificates and prizes.
The prizes were distributed by Mr. Aditya Mubaayi, the Quiz master and Mrs. R. Suchitra , Quizzing club in charge of DPS R.K.Puram. The program ended with a vote of thanks by Mrs. R. Suchitra.
