The orientation programme, ‘Back To School ‘ was held for parents of students studying in Class VII and VIII on 16 April 2018.
Parents of sections A, B, F, J and K were called for the session at 2.45-3.45 p.m. Parents of sections C, D, E, G, H and I, were called at 3.45-4.45 p.m.
The venue for the programme was the respective classes in BL, D, C and Circular Blocks.
The programme was a success with the parents responding enthusiastically and turning up in modest numbers.
The Class teachers started the interactive session in their respective classes by reading out a few guidelines to ensure greater discipline and care of their wards. The basic examination module was clarified to the parents. Attendance and punctuality was stressed upon.
Every subject teacher also threw light on the approach taken by them towards academics. They also satisfied and clarified the parents’ anxieties and queries.
A brief tea session for the parents brought the programme to an end.
