The age old generalization that nobody is perfect is a humbling advice to even the best of us. In times of need, it’s a gentle reminder that we’re not perfect. That we’re flawed. That we make mistakes. That we fail. And, that we’re Human. And that, in some beautiful way, makes us imperfectly perfect. Life is not perfect. It never has been and it never will be. But this can be good news. It means we can stop pursuing the mystical, perfect life. In fact, the sooner we realize that perfection is not available to us in this world, the sooner we can begin living better lives because of the imperfections.
