Topic: Mighty Oaks grow from tiny Acorns
This proverb signifies the fact that great things come from small beginnings. This applies to all the great people on earth. With constant hard work accompanied by persistence, the impossible can be achieved and success is sure. It emphasises that life is all about living your dreams. The assembly showcases that to live ones dreams, one must start working on them. No great achiever has ever started his journey with a big achievement, but all of them started with something small on their journey to greatness. All of us have the ability, the strength, the patience and the passion within ourselves to accomplish all our desires. Living dreams is not about starting big, but it’s about getting started.

TOPIC: AROUND THE WORLD IN 15 MINUTES
Quoting Audre Lorde,” It is not our differences that divide us, it is our inability to recognize, accept and celebrate those differences.” This topic deals with realizing the beauty underlying these differences and the strength which lies in the very diversity binding all the nations.
The students expressed this theme through a skit portraying four countries- France, Japan, Mexico and India- all of which show immense diversity in cultures, people and landscapes. In the end, however, we can see the unity in this diversity, instilling a sense of belonging among all the nations. Because, after all the world is indeed one family, and we are members of this same world, rising above the borders of culture and language.
