Helping others immeasurably enriches our lives in unusual ways and makes our life more meaningful. The mind tries to talk the heart out of generosity and kindness. It reminds us to be an encouraging and understanding friend, the one who spreads love, positivity and joy, smiles and laughter. Thus, we ourselves become better when we benefit others.
