विश्व विरासत दिवस प्रत्येक वर्ष अक्टूबर को मनाया है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र की की संस्था यूनेस्को ने इस अनमोल मानते हुए लोगो में इन्हें सुरक्षित और संभालकर रखने के उदेश्य से ही इस दिवस को मनाने का निर्णय लिया गया था। किसी भी राष्ट्र का इतिहास उसके वर्तमान और भविष्य की नींव होता है।

वैसे तो बीता हुआ कल कभी वापस नहीं आता लेकिन उस काल में बनी इमारते और लिखा गया साहित्य उन्हें हमेशा सजीव बनाये रखता है। विश्व विरासत के स्थल किसी भी राष्ट्र की सभ्यता और उसकी प्राचीन संस्कृति के महत्वपूर्ण परिचायक माने जाते हैं।

The assembly of class X-K is being held in honour of the United Nations Day celebrated annually on the 24th of October.
The United Nations came into being in 1945, following the devastation of the Second World War, with one central mission: the maintenance of international peace and security. In keeping with this spirit, the theme of the assembly is “Peace is a journey of a thousand miles and it must be taken one step at a time” eloquently put by Lyndon B. Johnson.

They’re crazy fond of rules and have no respect for their status quo because why would they need to, their actions speak louder than words. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or villify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward and while some may see them as the uptight ones, we see them as geniuses. Because the people who are responsible enough to believe they can change the world are the ones who generally do.

The topic of the assembly “If you want to shine like a sun, first burn like a sun” was taken from one of the inspirational quotes by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. The quote tells us the importance of hard work for achieving success in life. All of us dream, but only a few are actually able to fulfill and live their dreams. Only those who have conviction to perspire succeed in painting the canvas of their dreams with the colors of hard work and efforts.
