NOTE : The students whose PE Practical Date overlaps with the practical date of other subject or any other problem should contact the Mr. N Suresh Head of the Physical Education Department and Mrs. Madhu Chadha they may be accommodated accordingly for PE Practical Exam.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. It is compulsory for each student to pass in theory and practical separately.
2. Students appearing in the practical exam will report in proper sports kit and bring their ‘Project file’. All students will ensure that they themselves will be responsible for the result.  The students must verify their roll numbers before a competent authority and get a certificate of verification with his/ her signature.
3. The students must report at sports complex at the above said schedule. They are required to be present till the stipulated time.  They are also advised to bring their packed lunch as there will be lunch break.  If any student has any problem, can discuss with concerned Mrs Madhu Chadha/ HOD Sports/ Vice Principal
4. Class Teachers/ Reps are requested to kindly ensure that concerned students must appear in practical exam accordingly.
